This workshop combines Kundalini Yoga and Dancessence for a day of integration and harmonisation of the elements in you.
The focus of this workshop is to balance the elements in us through Kundalini Yoga and let the inner work express itself freely through Dancessence, with a concert of mantras in between. It is an intellectual, physical and emotional experience in which the strengths and weaknesses in our being will be found, self-healing techniques learned, and burdens released.
Dancessence helps reaching our essence. The idea is to let the body move, because the body knows: let it be danced by the music instead of dancing to the music. It is a dance of freedom, of the letting go and respect of our own being, beyond conventions. It is a meditation in movement.
The workshop is leaded by Jaen and Nina. It can be organised anywhere in the world, where there is a desires to offer this workshop, which lasts one day, from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm.

Ek Ong Kar, “we are one”, this is one of the lessons of life, to realize it, to integrate it. As all the rivers end up in the ocean, many paths help us to get there. One of them is yoga, another one is contact with nature:
Yoga & Sea Events (retreats or workshops) offer a combination of Kundalini Yoga practice and understanding combined with the discovery of the sea (or contact with a natural environment) and environmental consciousness.
By the end, you will be able to recognise some fish and coral species, have a better understanding of the ecosystem and a wider view of the natural interconnectivity. From Kundalini Yoga you will understand how yoga end environment are clossely connected and acquire what your being is needing to continue its path towards self-healing and truth.
Jaen belives that merging Kundalini Yoga with other activities through workshops and retreats will deepen Kundalini Yoga integration and expand the experience through other levels of life.
Two projects started, one merging Kundalini Yoga with dance, and the other one merging Kundalini Yoga with Nature (in this case the discovery of the sea). This enables the inward work to be either expressed outwards through Dance (Dancessence), or connected to its natural surroundings through Environmental Consciousness.
